Antiviral Resistance Transmission Model

Our influenza antiviral resistance transmission model is based on our Global Model of influenza transmission around the globe. This work is described in The global spread of drug-resistant influenza published in 2011. We are releasing the C++ code with no instructions, but I can help you get it running if you e-mail Dennis Chao (dchao@fhcrc.org). It has been compiled and run on Linux machines and requires the GNU Scientific library for random number generation. |
